ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

LOCAL PICKUP in Burnaby BC - available only for some of the items at the moment. Please contact us via email at info@umahdecor.com before placing an order.

​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges within Canada for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping in Canada can take 2 - 7 business days after processing your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to the following countries: the United States, Japan.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping in Japan can take 5 - 10 business days after processing your order.

Shipping in the U.S. can take 5 - 10 business days after processing your order.


Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Umah Decor is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@umahdecor.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
